Litestore uploads to MinIO with the same code it uses for AWS.
You point the client at MinIO by setting S3_ENDPOINT.
No variable in Litestore points at a Litestore service, and a store without internet access works the same way.
Litestore checks the real type of every upload before it writes the file.
