Migration

Bring a client's catalog over from Shopify

You can import a client's products, customers and collections from Shopify. The admin keeps a record of every import run.

  • You deploy each store on Vercel or any Node.js host.
  • You check the readiness panel before the store goes live.
  • The activity log shows who changed what after the handover.

Access

Give each person on the client's team the right access

Each role gives its people a starting set of permissions. You can grant or deny single permissions to one person on top of that.

Two-person refunds

Support can raise a refund, and only a financial approver can release it.

What Litestore doesn't do yet

Each install of Litestore runs one store for one merchant. You run a separate copy for each client.

  • Litestore has no multi-tenant hosting for many clients in one admin.
  • Litestore has no themes or visual page builder, so you style each client's store in CSS.
  • Litestore has no stable plugin API, and you add features in the code.
