A dispute is a chargeback that a customer has raised through their bank. The Disputes queue keeps track of each one, so someone on your team responds before the deadline.

Each order has a single page in the admin that contains its complete record. You use this page to pack and ship the order, answer questions about it, and choose whether to issue a refund.

You use the refund queue when a customer should get money back. Litestore doesn't support instant refunds of part of an order. Instead, one person raises a refund request and another person approves it. The one exception is cancelling a whole order, which refunds it in full straight away and needs the financial permission.
