Orders

A dispute is a chargeback that a customer has raised through their bank. The Disputes queue keeps track of each one, so someone on your team responds before the deadline.

A location is a place where you keep stock, and it can also be a place where customers collect their orders. Use this page when you add a warehouse or a shop, or when you need to let customers pick up orders.

You use the refund queue when a customer should get money back. Litestore doesn't support instant refunds of part of an order. Instead, one person raises a refund request and another person approves it. The one exception is cancelling a whole order, which refunds it in full straight away and needs the financial permission.
